How should I care for my jewelry?

Please care for your piece just as you would any fine jewelry. I recommend keeping your necklace and earrings separate from other jewelry and in its own airtight, zippered plastic bag. This will keep the glass beads safe and also prolong the tarnishing that affects sterling silver. A complimentary polishing cloth is sent with each purchase for sterling silver. A simple wipe down after wearing will help keep your piece looking great. I do not recommend swimming or showering while wearing bead crochet jewelry.

What if I need a different size?

I do my best to finish necklaces in a length suitable for most wearers but I understand that we all have different preferences. If it doesn’t already have one, an extender chain and hook clasp can be used, which offers the wearer an additional 1 1/2” of length.

Due to the nature of the bead crochet rope, shortening a necklace is more difficult, but not impossible. Please contact me to discuss the options for a particular piece.

What if something happens to my jewelry?
